Originally purchased new by UPMC, this unit began life as a 2015 Ford F53 Commercial Chassis, built 02/2014, powered by the proven 6.8L Triton V10 with a 26,000 lb GVWR, 9,000 lb front GAWR, and 17,500 lb rear GAWR. Tire spec is 255/80R22.5G on 22.5x7.50 rims, 100 PSI cold.

From Ford, the incomplete chassis was sent directly to Winnebago Industries in March 2014, where the full coach body shell was engineered and constructed to medical-grade standards.

After that, the completed Winnebago shell was shipped to Farber Specialty Vehicles (Ohio) — the industry leader in mobile medical, emergency response, command, and specialty upfits. Farber transformed the unit into a fully-functional Mobile Medical Center, outfitted with:
